The authority is looking to commission a suitably qualified and experienced provider to review the current workforce, identify gaps and opportunities, establish the future demand and construct a workforce plan for its custodial (secure estate including children's facilities) non-custodial (Liaison and Diversion, RECONNECT and Mental Health Treatment Requirements) and Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC) services.
