The objectives of this procurement are to ensure that the OEP has a user-friendly, reliable and secure corporate travel management system that:
⢠enables staff to book and manage their transport and accommodation arrangements easily, efficiently, and directly using company budget;
⢠provides managers with visibility of travel for staff welfare;
⢠provides our Corporate Services team with management information and efficient systems administration; and
⢠provides the OEP with reduced costs and improved process efficiencies.
