Elmbridge Borough Council wishes to invite suitably qualified contractors to submit a tender for the refurbishment of the Hersham Village Hall, Queens Road, Walton on Thames, KT12 5LT.
The works will comprise, but not be limited to:
o Asbestos removal;
o Demolition and strip out of identified fabric and M&E elements;
o Repair and making good works, internal and external;
o Installation of new flooring;
o General fit-out - fabric and M&E;
o Fit out of WCs;
o Decoration
