Description

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea Housing Management Team are now looking to appoint highly experienced and qualified Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy Services to provide consultancy support to the Lancaster West Neighbourhood Team and its residents by way of comprehensive feasibility studies, design, specify and deliver innovative refurbishment solutions on the Lancaster West Estate.

The scope of the services required are to be delivered under 6 separate contracts:

LOT 1 - LWE The Walkways
LOT 2 - LWE East Side
LOT 3 - LWE Morland and Talbot Houses
LOT 4 - LWE Treadgold House

'- LOT 5 - LWE Camborne Mews

LOT 6 - LWE Verity Close
