Clinical Safety Risk Assessment Services are required to complete and manage clinical risk, risk assessments and Data Coordination Board (DCB) documentation in order to meet legal requirements in support of Medical Information Systems (Med IS), CORTISONE and Healthcare Improvement Programmes (HIPs). The Contractor will work and support the delivery of digital and information technology transformation within a 2* pillar, within the Headquarters Defence Medical Services (DMS).
The Contractor shall complete all the phases of work within the time specified and shall form the Deliverables at Annex A
