"The Executive Director Pathway Programme aims to create an approach to talent development, offering targeted preparation for five professions, who sit on a provider organisation Board; Nursing, Medical, Finance, COO and HR/Workforce, balanced with the flexibility required to adapt and welcome entrants who will be developing into new or emerging roles. The programme aims to create a clear and coherent final development journey to senior leadership by embedding consistent, best practice to increase aspirant executive leaders' chances of success, as well as driving important objectives for the NHS, such as increasing diversity in our senior leadership.
This contract covers the delivery of Cohort 2, starting in November 2022, let under the NHS Leadership Academy Faculty Framework."
