Gypsy and Traveller Site Management Services in Cornwall

Cornwall Council is conducting a soft market assessment to gain an understanding of the potential level of interest from potential suppliers to provide site management services for the Gypsy and Traveller Service in Cornwall.

The soft market testing is for the potential management of the 3 Gypsy and Traveller residential sites only. The purpose is to test the market for any interest from suppliers in providing management services for residential Gypsy and Traveller sites in Cornwall.

This market assessment is not part of any procurement process. It is purely investigatory in nature, although it may be used to assist Cornwall Council and Cornwall Housing Limited in defining a work programme and assisting in developing this service.

Participation of this soft market assessment will not prejudice suppliers participating in any future procurement.
