Cambridgeshire County Council (CCC) and Peterborough City Council (PCC) require the provision of Prepaid Cards.
Prepaid Cards are used by those with eligible care needs in receipt of Direct Payments. The prepaid card allows those with eligible care needs who receive a contribution from the Local Authority to use it to receive and spend their Direct Payments
