Removal of existing concrete roof deck throughout school and replacement with new\r profiled metal deck, elastomeric felt waterproof covering and laid to falls insulation\r complete with all detailing and rooflights.\r

Once watertight all internal/external areas to be fully refurbished including, but not\r limited to:\r

• new external windows/doors\r

• new external fascia's\r

• new surface water drainage and soakaways\r

• new internal doorsets\r

• partition alterations\r

• fire compartmentation works\r

• refurbishment of internal spaces including redecoration, new floor finishes\r

• Full electrical and mechanical strip out and replacement.
