Application for the Inclusion on the Lincolnshire Framework for the Supply of Adaptation Works under the Disabled Facilities Grants (DFG)

The DFG works framework arrangement will be let in seven different geographical lots. These are a follows:

Lot 1 - Boston Borough Council District Area

Lot 2 - City of Lincoln Council

Lot 3 - East Lindsey District Council District Area

Lot 4 - North Kesteven District Council District Area

Lot 5 - South Holland District Council District Area

Lot 6 - South Kesteven District Council District Area

Lot 7 - West Lindsey District Council District Area

Applicants are invited to apply for one or more of the above geographical lot/s. When expressing an interest in a particular geographical area Applicants should also indicate which of the following sub-lots of works they can deliver. These are as set out below:

• Bathroom Adaptations
• Internal Works
• External Works
• Concrete Ramps
• Conversions

There are some District Councils such as Boston Borough Council and West Lindsey District Council that do not have the in-house resource to deliver the scheduling and design services. For Contractors working in these areas they will be expected to deliver these services and provide the work elements on a design and build basis. Contractors should however also note that other District Councils may require this service at various times to provide additional capacity to in-house resource if required.
