The City of York Council has incepted the My City Centre project. The project will establish, through extensive public and stakeholder engagement, a shared long-term strategic vision for York City Centre. This vision can then be used to guide investment, inform funding bids and catalyse development and improvement projects in the City. We are looking to appoint a creative and innovative specialist public engagement agency (or consortium) to design and deliver the My City Centre consultation in line with the Council's established Open Conversation approach of 'Build a Brief', 'Explore Challenges' and 'Make Change Together'. The appointed supplier will be expected to work with the council to co-design and undertake a professional, insightful and engaging programme, which optimises the level, depth and quality of feedback received, and allows as full a picture as possible of how people view the Centre now and in the future.
