This project is for the construction of a contemporary Pavilion, at Moredon Sports Hub, situated close to Swindon town centre.
The Moredon Sports Hub is to secure a sustainable sporting and recreational future for the site by enhancing the existing offer and bringing in new facilities to increase use and participation. It is a busy site with many existing users.
The new pavilion is one of the principle new facilities alongside a Football 3G AGP, regional standard closed road cycling circuit and various other cycling facilities.
The pavilion has a gross internal area circa 685 square meters and comprises:
⢠4 team changing rooms and official change
⢠Accessible change and toilets
⢠Club room
⢠Youth/multi-use room (with dedicated outdoor space) with kitchen
⢠Café and kitchen
⢠Office/reception
⢠Ancillary office
⢠Storage & plant room

To participate, Suppliers will need to Register as a Supplier with ProContract, www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk, then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the tender documents. Tender clarifications to be submitted in writing via Messaging in ProContract tender portal by 31st October 2022, 1200 hrs UK Local time. The Council's responses to these clarification questions will be issued periodically on the ProContract tender portal.
