3470.EFM.SW.22 University Arms External Envelope

The University of Sheffield is out to tender on behalf of the Department of Estates and Facilities Management for external envelope repairs to the University Arms Public House, 197 Brook Hill, Sheffield S3 7HG. Works are to include re-roofing, window refurbishments, re-pointing and associated works.
