Contract to establish two strands of complementary products that focus on the utilisation of volunteers to support language learning.
1) The first strand will prototype, test and produce a best-practice model and supporting guide for how to set-up and run "conversation clubs".
2) The second strand will create a range of products that provide advice for individuals and organisations on appropriate roles for volunteers in English language learning as well as support materials for volunteers.
