The supplier has been selected as they are already appointed following full Technical Services procurement process for PM / QS Services and Infrastructure Design and Contract Management (for the Homestead Link Road, for which the planning application was submitted on the 18 August 2022). Arcadis have also done some high level cost work for the blue and purple sections of Cawston Lane and Community Spine, so can hit the ground running.
