NHS England (East) is seeking to commission an evaluation of the East of England RECONNECT services to improve commissioners' understanding of the services to inform future commissioning.

They are seeking to appoint an independent provider to evaluate the services, undertake the evaluation, provide answers to the questions given and make service improvement recommendations as a consequence.
