Provision of Quantity Surveying services for East of M1 Primary School and Community Health Hub

Quantity Surveying services are required to assist the Built Assets Team in delivering a new Primary School & Community Health Hub project at the development known as the Milton Keynes East Strategic Urban Extension (MKESUE). The scheme comprises of a 39 place Nursery and 630 place Primary with a Community Health Hub on an adjacent site. All associated external works including parking are included as part of the schemes.
The Council proposes to enter into a Contract for a period to cover up to the delivery of the buildings (March 24) plus one-year defects period. The agreed construction programme will dictate the actual term of the commission, which will include management of the 12-month defects rectification period, in accordance with the Scope of Services.
