The contract will comprise of the refurbishment internally of bathrooms, which will include the renewal of existing bathroom fittings, installation of level access showers and possible moving of existing ground floor bathrooms to 1st floor level. Estimated Value of Contract £100,000.00 per annum although this cannot be guaranteed.
The contract will initially be for a 3 year period which is within the financial years 1st June 2023 to 31st March 2026.
The parties may agree to extend this contract for a further 1 Year + 1 Year period.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
