We are currently seeking tenders for the provision of Cleaning and key holding of Public Conveniences and Car Park Stairwells located in Barrow Borough. We require a responsive and reliable service to meet the on-going demands and ensure that the requirements of Council are met.
The sites currently included are;
Roa Island, LA13 0QJ,(April 1st until October31st)
Tudor Square, Dalton in Furness, LA15 8RJ,
Park Pavilion, Barrow Park,
West Shore, Earnsea Bay, Walney Island, LA14 3XZ,
Roof Top Car Park, Duke Street and associated stairwells, LA14 2LD.
This list is subject to change and there are also further ad hoc cleaning arrangements with some tenants located in Council owned properties. Alterations will therefore need to be negotiated in line with specified prices from this tender as they arise.
