Contract for bespoke goniometers, these are precision positioning devices for photocathode pucks to be used in the Metal Photocathode Preparation Facility (MPPF). This equipment will be used to produce both research and production photocathodes for use in the VELA and CLARA RF injectors that produce the accelerated electrons. This contract was awarded following the negotiated procedure without prior publication in accordance with Regulation 32, (2), (b) (iii) of the PCR (2015).
