Across Tees Valley the five Local Authorities, Darlington Borough Council, Hartlepool Borough Council, Middlesbrough Borough Council, Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council and Stockton on Tees Borough Council would like to engage with the market to understand the challenges and opportunities of working with providers to meet local authority need for residential placements for children in our care.
