Provision of a Framework for the Homelessness Prevention Programme for the LB of Camden (June 2020) - Revised Deadline for Responses

The London Borough of Camden intends to recommence the procurement process to set up its Framework for the Homelessness Prevention Programme.

A Market Engagement exercise was undertaken in summer 2019, which helped to shape our service model and the preferred tendering process. The Council wishes to gauge the interest of the market to this project once again to understand whether Providers will be able to take part in the tender and deliver the project's outcomes at this time.

Our requirements remain unchanged from the initial Market Engagement Questionnaire and we are proposing to tender for a Homelessness Prevention Programme to incentivise Private Registered Providers (RP's) of Housing, i.e. Housing Associations registered with the Homes and Communities Agency, to provide and manage up to 100 assured short-hold tenancies.

Information gathered will be further used to inform the specification and our procurement strategy.

We hope your organisation will be able to complete and return the Market Engagement Questionnaire by the deadline provided.

The Council wishes for as many suppliers of this service to respond to the attached questionnaire. Please can you assist us in ensuring the appropriate person in your organisation receives, completes and submits the questionnaire.

The full procurement process will be provided within the submitted tender documents.

Additional information: The deadline for all submissions has changed from 16:00 (4pm) on Monday 6th July to 16:00 (4pm) Wednesday 8th July 2020.

Please note that there has not been any changes to the Market Engagement Questionnaire (MEQ) that was initially submitted and the MEQ document can still be used to submit your response before the revised deadline.

The Authority reserves the right to accept or decline any late MEQ submissions.
