Cost Consultant - The Courtyard, 1 Alfred Place

General Matters -Cost Consultant Appointment:

• Act as the Cost Consultant for the project during RIBA Stage 1-7
• Develop the Cost Plan during the RIBA Stages 1-7 for a refurbishment to the whole building.
• It is anticipated that the Works will be procured on a Single Stage Design & Build, on RIBA Stage 4 Design Information.
• Advise on any exclusions or fees for any additional deliverables.
• Please provide a resource schedule as part of your return.
• Provision of Resource Schedules and CVs with proposal.
• Provision of Hourly Rates
• Your fee proposal will be evaluated with a 40% Commercial weighting and 60% Technical weighting.
• City of London reserves the right to appoint on a RIBA stage by stage basis.

The construction programme is 24 months starting from December 2022 and ending in November 2024.

The estimated and principally approved construction value is £13.75m
