Description

The University requires single provider to replace existing Gas Fired Water Heaters and Associated Items which are located within Bede Halls of Residence rooms C1.11, D1.12, G1.16, G2.16 and J2.12. Building plans with the room identifications are included within the Invitation to Tender (ITT) pack.

The works will require some elements of electrical works. Allowance must be made for a NICEIC approved electrical contractor to carry out these works.
