High Peak Borough Council are inviting tender proposals from suitably qualified and experienced Consultants to assist in the delivery of a "Local Impact Report" to the Examining Authority for Highways England's application for a Development Consent Order to construct two link roads as part of the Trans Pennine Upgrade programme of works in the Glossopdale area.
