Hyndburn Borough Council ("the Council") is preparing a new Local Plan, including strategic policies and site allocations. To inform the Local Plan, the Council is seeking to appoint suitably qualified consultants to undertake a comprehensive Open Space Audit (OSA), assessing the quantity, accessibility and quality of a range of open space typologies across the Borough.
