Cambridgeshire County Council are looking for a Consultancy to create/develop a stakeholder engagement strategy and plan, and lead the implementation of the final and agreed plan.
The stakeholder engagement services will consist of three elements:
1.2.1.1. Phase 1 Create, develop and agree Stakeholder engagement plan
1.2.1.2. Phase 2 implementation of engagement plan
1.3. The duration of each elements will be as follows:
1.4. Phase 1 a period of three (3) months
1.6. Phase 2 will not start until Element A has been agreed and signed off. These elements will not exceed either Eleven (11) months or the wider end date of the wider project.
