Brighton & Hove City Council would like to procure a service provider to design, establish and deliver a Brighton & Hove Citizens' Assembly (or "Brighton & Hove Climate Assembly") on becoming a Carbon Neutral city by 2030.
This will require:
⢠Identifying and recruiting local residents to take part in the Citizens' Assembly - please see below for options on this.
⢠Organising and facilitating a minimum of three assembly sessions through a deliberative engagement process, including co-designing content and materials with the city Council and the Independent Advisory Board
⢠Producing a final report focusing on a set of prioritised recommendations for the Council by May/June 2020
