City of London Holiday and Food Programme

The City invites Quotations for the provision of Holiday and Food Programme 2023-25. The programme is designed to support eligible children and young people to:

• eat healthily over the school holidays
• be active during the school holidays
• take part in engaging and enriching activities which support the development of resilience, character and wellbeing along with their wider educational attainment
• be safe and not to be socially isolated
• have a greater knowledge of health and nutrition
• be more engaged with school and other local services
• The programme will also ensure that the families who participate:
• develop their understanding of nutrition and food budgeting
• are signposted towards other information and support, for example, health, employment, and education.

The duration of the contract is 1 year subject to the right of the City (at its sole discretion) to exercise its right to extend the Contract by up to 2 years. The maximum length of the contract is therefore 3 years.
