Coaching support for secondary, special school and aspiring school leaders -Consultancy support is required in order to deliver a programme of confi dentialcoaching and wellbeing support to school leaders through these challenging times.
There are three strands to this programme, all of which will be delivered via telephone, Teams, or similar platform:
⢠Coaching for primary, secondary and special school headteachers
⢠SLT coaching - sessions co-designed with the senior leadership team
Wellbeing workshops - A series of workshops for senior leaders to be delivered across groups of schools or Area Groups.
These sessions will typically be between 1.5 and 3 hours in length, depending on the requirements of the schools.
Additional information: This is for the allowed for extension to the original Contract of 12 months.
