Security services contract (routine and reactive), that will support the management and maintenance of Central Bedfordshire Council's corporate property estate.
The security contract will cover static guarding, key holding and a range of adhoc security services.
To perform the contract, bidders must be licensed by the SIA (Security Industry Authority).
The contract will be for an initial period of 3 years, with the option to extend a further 2 years (1+1).
