22012 Cambridgeshire County Council Domestic Abuse Dispersed Accommodation

This tender covers units of accommodation for adults and their children suffering domestic abuse in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. Specialist domestic abuse support will be provided by the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Independent Domestic Violence Adviser Service for those residing in this accommodation. This dispersed, safe accommodation will sit alongside established refuge provision and will provide accommodation to survivors of domestic abuse, and where applicable their children. This accommodation provides a local safe option that would cater for people with complex needs, male survivors, survivors with emotional pets, larger family units, those with male children over 13 years old. This commission calls for 12 units of dispersed accommodation. We are looking for the units proposed primarily to be flexible (i.e., where required able to be rotated) and self-contained. A variety of property options is preferable and could be a mix of 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom properties.
