PAN2766 - Southfield Newry Housing Scheme

Leicester City Council invites Tenders for the provision of design and construction of the new housing and associated works at the Southfield and Newry site. A summary of what the tenderer is being requested to deliver is as follows:

• Completion of the design of the scheme;
• Completion of the construction of the scheme;
• Building Control certification;
• Discharge of required planning conditions;
• Allow for any relevant Owner training required;
• Completion of the O&M/ H&S files.
