Sunderland City Council is seeking to establish a sole supplier framework for Event Site Management Services to support a range of Council and City events to be held throughout 2021 and 2022.
The scope of the framework will include the technical design of all event space, the management of all event space (including site build, event operation and de-rig) and the management of all technical requirements, utilities, equipment and infrastructure.
In addition, service requirements may also include site management responsibility for the following:
i. Provision and management of site crew ii. CDM responsibilities in relation to site build and de-rig iii. Music stage production iv. Production of water-based activity programme
