Removal of the existing heating plant within boiler room, followed by the installation of new gas fired boilers, flue systems, heating pumps, automatic controls, hot water generation and all associated pipe work, valves, electrical work, and builder's work.
Asbestos abatement works in the form of removing old gaskets potentially required along with an element of re-encapsulation works to the walls.
Works to be undertaken during the summer break, with plant operable for the start of the new School term in September 2021.
