Oxford City Council requires a fundamental review of pay and reward and aims to have a new pay policy and structure in place for April 2024.
To fulfil our vision we need to attract, reward, and retain committed, talented, and capable people whose values align with ours. The new policy and pay structure will need to be contemporary and flexible enough to meet the demands of a diverse workforce.
