The provision of Quantity Surveyor services for the redevelopment of Burwood House. Estimated project value £1-£2 million construction value.

Burwood House is located on Caxton Street, in Victoria. It is a seven-storey building including basement and ground floors containing retail, storage, and car parking facilities. The proposed refurbishment and reconfiguration works are likely to include:

• Overhaul and redesign of the main entrance and reception
• Refurbishment of lift cars
• Overhaul of the lower ground floor, with a focus on improving the arrival experience through the entrance and circulation spaces
• Full refurbishment of the three vacant upper floors (Third, fourth and fifth floors)
