Preparation of a Waste Needs Assessment (WNA) for Cheshire West and Chester (CWaC). This should include an initial report on inert waste arisings and inert landfill capacity to inform negotiations with HS2 and also a full WNA.
After the main WNA is published a further update may be required later in the Local Plan preparation process in light of changes to population figures or projections and the quotation should include costings for this work.
