Sandwell MBC are seeking to appoint 6 Income Officers
Location: Based at Court House, West Bromwich
Key skills required for this role:
⢠Debt management or arrears recovery experience
⢠Experience of dealing with vulnerable customers and customers who have complex/multiple needs
⢠Knowledge of the legal framework for the recovery of housing related debt and good practice
⢠Good telephone manner
⢠Customer facing experience
⢠Agency workers will be required to work 37 hours per week and the working hours are Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.30pm and Friday is 9.00am to 5.00pm.
Start date: as soon a possible
12 week contract for 37 hours per week
Pay rate:
E26 = £12.37 per hour to worker
