The London Borough of Brent is looking to appoint a suitable contractor for the kitchen extension works at Roe Green Infant and Junior School. The project comprises extension of the existing kitchen, provision and installation of the required catering equipment and ventilation, building fabric condition improvement works that include roof repair, mechanical and electrical condition improvement works that include fire and security alarm extension, recommissioning of the heating system and reinstating hot and cold water systems to facilitate the kitchen extension.
