The Council is seeking a Provider to undertake an evidenced based review and stakeholder consultation to help inform the future provision of a Derbyshire Family Weight Management Programme.
The aim of this review is to gain an understanding of the barriers and motivations to residents accessing family weight management programmes, and what the target audience would like these programmes to consist of, to allow DCC to deliver a co-created programme that will appeal to the targeted audience in Derbyshire. This will be done through research (primary and secondary) and the findings shared to inform service development and maximise the uptake of family weight management programmes within Derbyshire.
The contract commencement will be 03 May 2021. It is expected that the phase 1 and phase 2 are completed within 3 months from contract commencement with the final report completed by 06 August 2021
