EM447 - KITCHEN REFURBISHMENTS

Scope of Works

Remove all existing kitchen cupboards, worktops, sinks and drainers and dispose of to skip

Distribute kitchens across four floors as required (2 per floor)

Install new kitchen units to agreed plans and drawings

Install worktops as necessary

Install sink and taps

Plumb in new sink and tap renewing all waste pipe from new install back to soil stack

Install all splashbacks above worktops, to include cut outs for electrical sockets, tile trim style joints and silicon seal. Splashbacks to cover all areas above worktops including pipe boxing's.

Create panel access within splashbacks for access to existing rodding points

Install new cooker hoods

Fit Kickboard plinth after flooring is completed

Remove all waste materials and packaging, leave kitchen in a clean and tidy state.

Materials

18mm U706 ST9 Light Grey MFC carcasses with 18mm solid backs all visible carcase sides fitted with Integral CU306 Light Grey Acrylic Gloss panels to match fascia's.

18mm CU306 Light Grey Acrylic Gloss doors/Drawers Fronts/Visible integral panels and kickboard Plinth.

Doors edged in Glass style edging.

Blumotion Soft close drawer boxes.

Square Hollow D style handle in brushed Nickel (192mm centres)

40mm x 600mm Black Sirius worktops from Spectra range

40mm x 900mm Black Sirius Worktops from Spectra range - required in kitchen types 1 and 2

All worktop joints butt and scribe

White Sirius 8mm splashback fitted above all work surfaces and from underside of cooker hoods and behind cookers.

Splashbacks finished with matching tile trim

Franke single bowl inset sink

Franke Athena swivel spout tap complete with accessorised tap brace

Traditional Indesit Visor cooker hood with built in charcoal filter
