EBC AC Health and wellbeing audit

Elmbridge Borough Council is looking for an organisation to undertake a health and wellbeing audit to ensure that we are delivering the most effective health and wellbeing activities, which fit our needs and support our employees.

We believe that we champion good mental health and raise awareness of health and wellbeing. However we are looking for an organisation to play a critical friend role to help us identify any gaps, further work or improvements that could be made. We are doing this to ensure we create a healthy workplace, which has an open culture, champions good mental health and results in an engaged workforce.

The review would be of the health and wellbeing work of the Organisational Development Team.

As part of this work we would expect to see a report into the work of Organisational Development, areas for improvement, potential actions and where possible highlight areas of work that are good practice
