707165451 - JCCC ACD Upgrade and Associated Maintenance CFAN(1)

This is a requirement to upgrade the Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) system and its maintenance support in the Defence Business Services (DBS) Joint Casualty and Compassionate Centre (JCCC). This contract provides JCCC with upgraded equipment and maintenance cover until Defence Digital's ACD equipment meets JCCC's requirements.

The current ACD system that supports the operational capability of the DBS JCCC is now 16 years old and operating on obsolescent hardware with no resilience for its call recording function. The requirement to upgrade/replace the existing ACD solution will reduce the current risk to operations and allow the continued delivery of an essential DBS business critical service.
