Arts Council England is seeking a research supplier to help deliver a study establishing the level of international activity currently conducted by the Arts Council-funded cultural ecology, including (but not limited to) National Portfolio Organisations (NPOs), National Lottery Project Grants (NLPG) recipients and individual practitioners funded through the Developing your Creative Practice programme (DYCP).
