Ipswich Borough Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to work with the council to provide building surveying and design support.

This work is for 'Designer' as defined in the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015. It is not that of Principal Designer as defined in the CDM Regulations 2015.
