The Tools for the Technology Operations Capability (TTOC) project was commissioned in 2017 to provide tools and capabilities required to support the implementation of the Technology Operations Capability (TOC) at National Highways and to provide a national, consistent and efficient Service Management function for National Highways' roadside Operational Technology.
