Midland Heart is seeking two experienced, capable contractors for provision of Reactive Repairs for Electro- mechanical white goods:
One contractor for Lot 1 -Commercial Equipment ( Communal ) repair and installation
One contractor for Lot 2 - Domestic Equipment repair and installation
Equipment supply and annual maintenance checks may also be required, but Midland Heart reserve the right to seek alternative solutions as required
Contractors may apply for one Lot only. Midland Heart is committed to making what matters brilliant and will, throughout the lifetime of the contract want to assure itself it's delivering the best service to meet its customer needs. This will include reviewing ways to modernise service delivery and provide customers with certainty around future costs. This contract provides no guarantee of volume of work and work will be agreed in advance by means of raising a purchase order
Additional information: Initial Contract Period is 2 years with an option to extend to a maximum of 6 years
