Provision of Catering Services at The Engine House Swindon

Additional information: Situated in Swindon The Engine House acts as a regional hub for both Historic England and English Heritage staff and the café is situated at the heart of this beautiful Grade 2 listed building. We are looking for a daily catering service to operate our Café between the hours of 08.00 - 16.30 Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

There are approximately 450 staff based on site plus visitors from other offices, members of the public visiting our Library and Public Search Room and the opportunity to provide some adhoc hospitality for training courses and large events.

Our catering partner will provide a menu showing originality, value for money and include choices for vegetarians and those with allergens.

We would welcome interest from providers supporting a wider social value, be it charitable or local community initiative. Our catering partner will create a friendly, inclusive environment that entices customers in via a varied offer. The service will be staffed sufficiently to meet peak demands and will meet all legislative requirements, that is attentive and courteous to its customers whilst being cost effective. We will provide the space free and in return requires the caterer to supply and maintain all catering equipment on site.
