THG are looking to procure a company to carry out remedial refurbishment work to a property in Blackburn following fire damage. This is a one-off property with a scope of works. In order to competitively quote there is a bill of quantities and case scenario measures. The overall project value will be firmed by the winning bidder and is subject to survey only on award.
